Harvesting is carried out by hand in small crates, in which they are taken directly to the cellar. The grapes are then rested until they begin to brown and ripen. Hints of berry, jam and plum intertwined with light spicy notes. Its palate is full and broad with balanced tannins that fills the mouth.
