Merlot IGT is a red grape variety, which owes its name to the special love that the blackbird, or “merlo”, has for its grapes.
Produced from Merlot grapes. Harvesting is carried out by hand in small crates, in which they are taken directly to the cellar. The grapes are then rested until they begin to brown and ripen, their sugar content heightening. Its scent is ethereal, with intense berry notes. Its taste is harmonious, elegant and well structured.
